Not Your Typical Training Experience

Greg Davis keynote artist also known as the musical marketer

No one wants to sit through a boring online workshop where everyone is blankly staring at their screens or even worse, working on other things while they nod along at the appropriate times.

This workshop is built to educate, entertain, and engage you with music, humor, and relatable insights that enables you and your team to log on with an idea and log out with an epiphany!

This is a 3-Day event where each day you'll be given a task to complete.  By day 3 you'll have written a value proposition that is more clear, concise and electrifying to your customers.

The most profitable way to sell is to simplify your value

Why do companies like Apple, Disney and Ritz Carlton succeed in attracting so many customers to purchase their non-essential products at high prices?

The answer is they sell value, not price.  They are product marketing rockstars at creating demand for their products and services based on value.

During this workshop, we'll study how they are so exceptional at consistently selling high-margin products to a market that could go elsewhere for a cheaper solution.

Using some of their magic, you'll discover how to increase the profitability of your products and services by amplifying the ultimate Return on Investment (ROI) your customers receive from using them.  In short, you'll learn to sell value, not price when selling your solutions.

Sell Value, Not Clutter

BEFORE THE WORKSHOP:

  • Confusing messaging that doesn't feel natural when you say it to prospects
  • Boring and lengthy explanations about features and expertise
  • Unclear Return on Investment for your prospects to recognize before purchasing
  • Sounds too complicated to explain in under 30 seconds

AFTER THE WORKSHOP:

  • Clear message that sounds like you, and excites your prospect
  • Concise messaging that invites your prospect to ask to learn more
  • Unquestionable understanding of the value of your product
  • A value proposition that speaks directly to your prospects needs in less than 10 words

A Personal Note from Greg

Many business leaders overestimate the importance of their value proposition.  Too often, when we go to market with a new product, we're so excited about what it is, we overlook how it is perceived by the audience we're trying to offer it to.

We talk too much about the features, the technology specs, the background we have in producing it.  We leave out the most compelling reason someone should invest in it...

...its value to the customer.

Finding potential customers is hard.  The last thing you want to do once you've found them is to tell them a confusing story about your solutions, or lose them with overused industry jargon.

Your value proposition should be concise, specific and a dream statement to your potential customers.  You want your prospective customers to have no doubt they have the right solution with your products and services.

The right value proposition can do that!

It doesn't have to be a slogan, but it often can be because once you've gone through my value proposition development process, you'll be able to speak so succinctly about your value, you'll likely feel it needs to be the first thing anyone hears.

If you feel like you stumble over how to clearly describe your products to someone and your customers are always focused on price instead of value, I encourage you to go through my process.

Stop Wasting Opportunities

Stop Wasting Opportunities

A failing product is not always indicative of its quality.  As professionals, we've been conditioned to speak in resume-speak.  When speaking with a prospect, we talk about what we do, how we do it, and why we're better than our competitors - it's all wasted words.

When our value proposition is clear and concise we can potentially win a sale in as little as 3 words.

It's so frustrating to win a meeting with a prospect, or to add our new products to our website to lose sales because we talked more about ourselves and didn't provide a clear and concise value proposition.

Maybe you think you can baffle and dazzle your prospects into buying from you.  Why would you want to work so hard to sell something you built to be easy for your customers?

If it's that easy or valuable to use, why do we make it so complicated to explain?

Don't get frustrated with yourself, just fix it.

The good news is that you're not alone.  I am frequently hired by enterprise brands to solve the exact same problem.  They launch new products and spend more time making sales goals than honing in on their value proposition.

By offering this in a virtual setting, I'm able to teach my process to more people for less investment.  It's a win-win and I hope you'll take part in it.
