(Jacksonville, FL) 11/18/22 – The Jacksonville IT Council (JITC), one of the fastest-growing councils in the Jacksonville, FL Chamber of Commerce, announced the nomination of Azola Creative’s Greg Davis for the Jax Chamber’s Small Business Leader of the Year award. The annual award goes to a local business leader who truly makes a difference in the Jacksonville area.
Davis is founder and Executive Director of Azola Creative, a Florida based company that specializes in product marketing solutions that include presentation design, go-to-market strategies and increasing marketing operations efficiencies. Davis has over twenty years of marketing leadership experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing and Design and works across several B2B industries including: Healthcare, MedTech and Software/Technology.
Every year, the Jax Chamber councils nominate members from their ranks for the Small Business Leader of the Year award. From that group, the overall winner is chosen. There were 11 nominations for the 2022 award, which ultimately went to Venture Services’ Printella Bankhead.
In order to be considered for the award, nominees must:
- be active Jax chamber members in good standing
- be an owner, partner, or shareholder of a local business
- participate in the day-to-day management of said company
- have at least three years of local participation in said company
- demonstrate leadership and business acumen.

Jax Chamber’s 2023 winner will be announced in February of next year. Between now and then, all nominees will complete and submit a presentation outlining their respective company’s histories and business philosophy. Each nominee will also participate in a 30-minute interview with a panel of judges, who will eventually select the winner.
